To ensure the safety of our visitors and workers we have carried out the following protocol.
All vehicles entering our facilities will be disinfected using a sprinkler system.
Before entering the waiting area, safe area, visitors must go through the disinfection room, where shoes and hands will be disinfected and a computer will take the temperature, no one can enter the safe area without a mask or a higher temperature at 37.2 degrees.
IMPORTANT, BRING YOUR MASKS FROM HOME, IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEM YOU CAN BUY THEM IN THE STORE AT THE PRICE STATED BY THE GOVERNMENT.
Once inside, visitors will wait in a large area, outdoors, where they can maintain the safety distance at all times. In this area they will wait for the arrival of their guide to make the visit.
The visits will be 7 people maximum, except family groups that can be up to 10 people.
Once in the mine entrance, they will be provided with previously disinfected hooves.
Throughout the tour you can find hand sanitizer such as in the powder keg, stairs, elevator and giant geode.
In addition, visitors must wear all protective measures, gown, gloves (which we will give before seeing the Giant Geode), a hairnet and a tag to see the Giant Geode.
All surfaces of our facilities will be disinfected several times a day.
